RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products I sell, custom, handmade, personable products, I do not accept returns or exchanges.
SHIPPING
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES:
At this time we are shipping domestic US only. All orders will be shipped USPS standard first class mail unless otherwise requested by customer.
CANCELLATIONS:
I do not accept cancellations, as most of the items I sell are custom orders. They take time, planning, coordination and costs between seller and consumer. In some cases, a deposit may be required for larger projects. If there are any questions, please contact me before placing your order, I would be more than happy to answer any questions you may have in order to avoid the need for cancellations, returns or exchanges.

I respect your privacy. Any and all information given to me will be used for the sole purpose that it was intended. If at any time you wish to unsubscribe to emails, please reply to any email sent, and will I remove you from my email list. Any address, phone number or credit card information given at the time of order is not saved or retained in the system unless requested. I make my products with the love and care the same way we make them for my family, and I treat your privacy with the same respect.
